Do I need to send sample unit for images?
Yes, we do require one sample shipped to our office. The sample will be returned to your at no extra cost after project. If you cannot send any sample please let your expert know.
How many words you write on listing?
We write as per your requirement and we make sure there is enough content on bullet points and product description. We target main keywords on title and bullet points both. Bullet points and product description include informative, funny, disclaimers, package quantity, and lifestyle experience.

What is the average turnaround time for a listing or photography service?
Turnaround time varies depending on the time of the year and the amount of current demand. Our designers “typically” operate on a timeline of 3 – 7 business days for the initial mock-up of the order. Once reviewed by you, we will have edits completed within another 2-5 business days.
Where do I ship my sample for photography?
You will be given an address at the time of your order. We have three offices in Vancouver, Toronto and Edmonton. Depending on the availability, you will be assigned a designated photographer.
What is Amazon EBC? (Enhanced Brand Content)
EBC is available for brand registered sellers only and it allows them to describe their product in a unique way of text placements, combination of pictures, videos and graphic designing.
Yes, we can. When you order EBC content, we will be sending you templates to choose from.
Yes, Models are available if your product require so. Model are available at additional cost. We use models from all over the industry.
Where does the photoshoot take place?
Product photography is done in our studios and Photography with the models is done indoor and outdoor both.
Do you have affiliate program?
Please contact us at info@amzonestep.com and we will set you up with special coupon codes. We will mail cheque to you address. 10% commission of sale will be issued to all affiliates. Minimum payout is $50. Cheque will be mailed after 30 days of sale.
Photography – If you have any special requirements from any specific angles please let us know in pre-requirement form. Photography will be done after reading your requirements and our research. Photographer is not responsible for reshoot.
Graphic Design – We offer one complete revision for free. We recommend providing us as much of feedback as possible for producing better results.
Yes, we do provide all general props. Unique things, toys, cakes, jewelry, etc are available at additional cost.
